Are you ready to style up your bathroom? A bit ago we wrote a whole blog post on the differences between tile and acrylic to help you decide on what would be best for your home and your lifestyle. But apart from that very large question, there are tons of other design choices that you have when it comes to your bathroom. So today we’re taking you through some of the other options you’d need to decide on before your remodel can take place.

First things first, you’re going to have to decide if you just want to get your tub or shower area updated, or if you want to do the entire bathroom. Most people will tend to go with the entire bathroom, but if your budget is tight, updating just the bathing area only can instantly update the look and feel of your bath without doing a full renovation job.

Once you’ve decided on that, and you’ve picked whether you’re going with tile, composite, or acrylic, the next decision you’ll have to make is color. With tile, this is going to be a much tougher decision and might require a few different trips to Home Depot in order to find the perfect selection, but with our composite and acrylic lines, we’ve cut down your options to try and help you come to a decision quicker.

We currently offer about 30 different colors and patterns. We have some that mimic stone and granite perfectly, and others that are simulated tile to help you get the feel of tile without all the necessary cleaning.

Once you have your walls picked out, it’s time to choose a tub or shower. We have three main options: walk-in tubs, tub/shower combinations, or shower pans. Each has their own selection of options that you can go through with your designer. If you choose a shower pan, you also have the option to choose if you’d like a seat installed as well. We have multiple seat options for you to choose from.

Now it’s time to choose your accessories! We have three metal options that can fit seamlessly with any design: chrome, brushed nickel, or oil rubbed bronze. Choosing your favorite shower head color will then dictate the color of the other accessories you choose for your wet area as well.

From here, the last thing you’ll have to decide is if you’d like a shower door installed or if you’re going to go the shower curtain route. Either can be a great option, it just depends on what will work best for you and your family. If you’re still bathing kids and dogs in your bathroom, a shower curtain may be the way to go; but if you’re looking for more of an elegant design for guests than a shower door could be the perfect solution.

Once you’ve made all these decisions, you’re ready to go! Your Designer will be able to give you an exact price on the remodel of your dreams and we’ll be able to get started in no time at all! Give us a call today at (888) 940-9995 to start the process towards your perfect bathroom today!
