All of our Design Consultants are trained and prepared to provide you with all the information you’ll need to start your remodel project. The day before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a confirmation call or text from our Verification Department. Once you have confirmed your availability, we will email you information for the designer you’ll be meeting with. We are confident that our team members will be courteous, informative, and happy to answer any questions you may have.
We aim to have your project completed in a reasonable and timely manner. It may take a few weeks for your products and materials to be delivered to our warehouse, but once we have your project supplies, and depending on the scope of your remodel, installation can be done in as little as three days.
Your designer and assigned project coordinator will be able to keep you up to date with the timeline of your project.
All of the products we offer come with lifetime, transferrable warranties. This means that you are guaranteed free repair or replacement of any defective components, for life. Warranty terms and conditions will vary by product. You can always ask your Designer and Project Coordinator about your warranties too.
