Water shut off is only required for the pre working plumbing which is usually the first day of work for a minimum of 2hrs. Electricity is not expected to be interrupted.

How will you protect the rest of my home from dust, debris, and potential damage during the remodel?2024-10-16T11:46:19-07:00

Our team of installers and plumbers will lay down runners in the bathroom area to flooring from damages. Our team is expected to clean up dust/debris after every service.

Who is responsible for turning off the water before a bathroom remodel in a multi-family unit?2024-10-16T11:39:36-07:00

If you’re a current resident in a multi-family unit and need to have work done that affects your waterline, it’s important to know that you are responsible for coordinating with your Homeowners Association (HOA) to have the water turned off before any work begins. Since multi-family units share water systems, only the HOA can manage the water shutoff process to avoid disruptions or issues for other residents.

Make sure to contact your HOA well in advance to schedule the water shutoff and ensure a smooth remodeling process.
